Allow for quick translation when hoovering over a word

Summary:

When hoovering over a word a translation in chosen or native language is shown.

Benefits:

1. Allows for quick recap of nouns, etc.

2. Speeds the comprehension of videos without pausing.

3. Quick bookmarking capability encouraging users to utilise this feature & push users to subscribe to allow for more opportunities to bookmark words.

Request Details:

Allow users to choose if they want hoover translation. Could additionally include a quick bookmarking symbol alongside.
