App disappears after switching to fullscreen

When I go to fullscreen the app bar disappears. After entering fullscreen, I have to click the app button again to make it reappear. If I exit fullscreen and go back in, the bar disappears once more.

Whenever I quickly switch tasks and leave fullscreen, I’m forced to refresh the entire page to get the bar back. I’m using Chrome, and the issue occurs on Netflix atm.
