Faster word adding

The process of hovering and mousing over to the plus button is a bit cumbersome if you just want to quickly add a word. I’m thinking something like right-click could just immediately bookmark a word, or if right-clicking isn’t an option for some reason, ctrl/cmd clicking then.

Feels like shift-click should be reserved for something like merging words, so I wouldn’t use that combo for this.
