I just completed a payment of $99.99 for Fluent AI,

but I haven’t received any confirmation or activation email. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but the program isn’t working properly — especially, the subtitle feature doesn’t activate, and the CS chatbot is not responding at all. Could you please check my payment status and help me activate the service
