Improvements for videoplayer

1) Changing sound volume with a mouse wheel.

• When we “scrolling up” or “down” we need to change volume

• Add scrolling on range slider, when we focusing on some range slider and scrolling wheel

2) Add skip for 10 (or implement field in settings) seconds when pressing on the right or the left corner of the screen (also for touch-up devices). Add to the settings checkbox to disable this feature if it annoys anyone.
3) When a video paused - keep player interface visible

4) “Reset interface position“ doesn’t resetting closed Subtitles window (if its normally - okay)

5) Fix visible bugs in settings
