Issues with AI Subtitles not working on FluentAI

Feature Request

I’m a Pro user with unlimited AI subtitle generation, but I’m having trouble on Amazon Video. The extension says there are no subtitles (even though there are) and suggests using AI Subtitles. However, when I click the button, nothing happens. Could you explain why this is happening? Also, is there a tutorial on how to use AI Subtitles correctly?

      I guess the program can't get the video data, so the subtitles aren't working.

      The show is called "Eine Billion Dollar"—it's in German. Amazon provides the subtitles, but the quality is really bad.
