Movie not showing in local player

I drag and drop a local version of the wolf’s call.mkv

When i use vlc on my own computer it works fine, but on the local player (i cancel loading any subtitles) it just shows me a black screen. However i can hear the audio just fine.

also any word on when we would be able to use the neural subtitles for this kind of format instead of needing to upload our own file
