Subtitle time offset

I frequently have videos where the subtitle alignment is ever so slightly off, so that I get part of the next upcoming word spoken, but more importantly the start of the first word of a phrase is clipped off. Having a way to adjust the time alignment forward and back in fractions of a second would help dial that in.

Additionally, having a setting to expand the bracketing of the audio so that we can add padding as needed would be great. I’d much rather hear a little extra surrounding audio than have the selected audio clipped.
