Suggested tweak on new UI button layout

It’s actually annoying how easy it is to accidentally close FluentAI, which is not something I often want to do. It feels like the new settings button is a bit redundant and I would prefer if the FluentAI button opened up this menu, and just had an option to disable FluentAI on that fly out instead of the current dedicated button.
