Support request: Bilingual subtitles not showing on YouTube

I subscribed to FluentAI on 4 October 2025 (GMT+7, Vietnam) to use the bilingual subtitles on YouTube. I activated my account with dangvolaw@gmail.com, but YouTube videos do not display bilingual subtitles.
Please check my account and help resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
