Won't show subtitles

I was using FluentAI and it was working fine but suddenly stopped working, it won’t show subtitles anymore. I’m still not subscribed; in the free trial period bit it hasn’t ended yet. I wanted to subscribe but now I’m not sure, is this something that happens often?
